Program description

Forge Studio operates a missed-call response messaging program. When you call a business we serve and the call is not answered, you may receive a single automated SMS reply inviting you to continue the conversation by text so we can help you. These are conversational messages in response to your call.

How you consent

By calling the business's published phone number, you consent to receive a text reply at the number you called from if the call is not answered. You are not required to consent as a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt out — STOP

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the number you are messaging with. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. To rejoin, simply reply to a future message or call us again.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
